01 , Brief

Asian Gems needed an Instagram presence that matched the quality of its jewellery.

The account posted irregularly, with product shots that lacked context: no story about the craft, the stones or the people who wear them.

The goal was a consistent, premium feed that gives buyers in New York a reason to visit the store or send a direct message.

02 , What I did
01
Content pillars

Defined pillars for craft, collections, customer moments and education about stones, so every post had a job.

02
Monthly calendar

Planned posts and stories a month ahead, timed around launches, holidays and wedding season.

03
Captions and community

Wrote captions in a calm, confident voice and handled comments and DMs so enquiries never went cold.

04 , Reflection

What this account taught me.

Luxury is restraint

Fewer, better posts outperformed volume. White space in the grid did the selling.

Education builds trust

Posts that explained a stone or a setting started more conversations than pure product shots.

"A jewellery feed should feel like walking into the store, not scrolling a catalogue."
